What is good about modeling and talent events/conventions?

Those events are a great source of talent from not only the local areas, but all over the country. It's a great way to find untapped talent in those areas.

How does Nijah / New Faces Development talent work for you?

Nijah / New Faces Development happens to be really great, because they're centrally located in the Tri-State area. When we have last minute jobs, we know they'll have the perfect model.

What do you think people get wrong about modeling?
People think that modeling is all about looks, but the stand-out factor is personality. When these people are on casting calls, they have to the win a job. If they don't stand out and make an impression, it doesn't matter how attractive they are. There are lots of attractive people trying to get that job.

The good thing about models that come through Nijah / New Faces Development Center is that they have already done a photo shoot or been in front of the camera. The models and talent already know how to present themselves. They already know about the industry and how competitive it is. They also have some experience doing this already. The models and talent that start without development don't already have that experience or confidence, so it's definitely beneficial.
