What is the appeal of modeling events and conventions like IMTA? It's a way to find good talent for our needs, and what we're looking for. We're a fashion agency, and we look for men and women, so when we come to events, we're coming primarily to find that. It's always good to attend the conventions. What are your feelings of Nijah / New Faces models? They do a beautiful job of presenting their models and talent to me. What are you looking for when you scout new talent? Women's Division: 5'9 to 6', ages 16-24. Men's Division: 6' to 6'2, ages 18-25. Tall, thin, beautiful, with a good personality. The last part is very important. Do you feel like development is essential for those looking to break into the industry? Some people naturally have it. It's rare, but it's there and you're able to get what you need from them easily. Some people have to learn what it is to be a model and how to do it right. |
